Our Loving Father

TRIBUTE TO OUR FATHER

From the oraculous stable of element

                        Tribute to our fathers

Thou art a man , a laborer in his father soil
Toiling day and night just to make end meets and needs
A worker, teacher, father, a money man and all et all
He got to set the right example
Has to start from the scratch
To be a man, nay easy
Does he even get to rest?
Works from Sunday to Sunday
Even when claiming to be at rest
A modern computer can’t compete with his thinking faculty
This is the sorrowful fate of a man
Regardless of class, place, and status
Conducting, negotiating, closing business deals
Making sharp and witty moves  from here to there
Just like a damn game of chess
One bad move, you are up; yeah finished!
Truth be told, to be a man is not a day job
Day job? Not even a week neither month nor years
A man is not measured by number of years spent on earth
Nay, but by the number of accomplishment
Whether poor or rich
Did he own fleet of cars or just a car
Or was he a traveler on foot
How many estates, mansion answers to his name
Or he lived and died in a rented apartments
What about his children what are their fate
Are they well to do, did they school here or abroad
Or even still they never saw the four walls of a varsity
All these are standard of viewing accomplishment
No man wants to be found wanting
That why they toil day and night
As a man once said “even though am poor today, I will suffer to make my children rich and be proud of me tomorrow”
A man’s world, were the rich wants to get richer and the poor;
Left to their fate
A man, a soldier, a warrior even after all the earthly battles fought
No one to blow your trumpet
Oh wait, you think to survive in this ghastly nation of ours is easy?
No it’s a war, where you either win or lose, live or die
Others may find it easy to survive, but trust me they are either the lucky or dubious ones
A true man never get to rest from the day he breathed his first to the day he breathed his last
A true man only rest in his grave
R.I.P. to all our fathers who went to the great beyond
Shout out to all those still toiling its nation soil
